What are the options for getting HTML5 out of FrameMaker? I can think of these:

- FrameMaker 12 has some kind of HTML5 responsive output, anyone tried it?
- WebWorks epublisher, their Reverb output, which I assume is like an HTML5 frameless webhelp system of some kind.
- Mif2Go, no HTML5 but I could script it into HTML5 afterwards.
- MadCap Flare, which will import FrameMaker files, then you can use its HTML5 webhelp output.
- RoboHelp, I assume this can take FrameMaker files and do some kind of HTML5-based output.
- Get in there and do a custom setup myself with ExtendScript. (or even the FDK!)
- anything else?

I don't need a full webhelp system with search, index etc. Just the HTML5 output and an index.html file that links to the files, and I want the index file to be based on the structure of the Fm book file.
