Whoops, sorry for the lack of clarity--I haven't posted any jobs to
LinkedIn groups in a while.

To post a job for free in the Jobs tab, you have to click "Post a Job
Discussion". If you click "Post a Job", you pay a fee and the listing is
available to all logged-in LinkedIn members, not just those in the group
where you post. Job discussions are included in email notifications
received by group members, and remain in the groups where you list them for
14 days.
