Yep, that's how I'd like to get documents from programmers and engineers and any other author. All it takes is an application of a suitable template to make it properly readable.

Hi All,

I'm working on a paper for a very important journal. Their instructions read:

"Use single hard-returns to separate paragraphs. Do not use
tabs or indents to start a paragraph."

How do you understand these instructions?

1. Would I have a blank line between every paragraph
2. NO blank line between every paragraph and their problem to visually determine from a printout when there is a new paragraph or not

Thanks in advance.
