Stuart, I remember reading the article you're talking about, but my
Google-fu is also not up to retrieving it. I thought it was called
something like "The Write Stuff", but searching on that doesn't turn up the
article we want. It does turn up one about NASA's software developers, who
have to produce work of the same quality and accuracy (if not even more
so). That one was published in Fast Company several years ago.

Maybe the article was an STC one?
