Hello Craig,

It appears that you are referring to the actions of your phone. Changing
those actions will depend upon the app that you are using to browse your
gmail. I am not aware of any gmail app that offers the swipe options you
are seeking. However, I do know that on the iPhone (iOS 7 and up) you can
control whether or not the single swipe action deletes or archives.
