Hi Everyone,

Our second of three reminders for this year's Customer Experience
Recognition Awards. The deadline isn't here, but it's coming fairly
quickly.

We're sharing this with the list to encourage everyone to make a
submission. The CERAs recognize projects that create excellent
customer experiences through content.

Our 2015 categories: Accessibility, Customer Support â Technical
Communications, Employee Engagement, Information Discovery,
Translation / Localization and User Community/Social Media.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, August 28, 2015 at 5PM EDT.
This is a full three weeks earlier than 2014 because Information
Development World 2015
(https://www.eiseverywhere.com//ehome/113382/252625/) occurs far
earlier this year. The awards ceremony will be on Thursday, October 1.
