You can crop the footer from all 500 pages in a single step, and then add a footer to the full-size page.

Subject: Acrobat: Footer question

I need to add PDF pages generated from a system to which I don't have access to another PDF file. These pages have obsolete footers on them.
There is no option to generate them without those footers or to have the footers updated to match the approved style.

- Is there a way of making the information in those footers invisible or
blocking them out?
- Is there a way to do it automatically so I don't have to hand edit
500+ pages?

Ideally, I'd like to obscure the obsolete footers and replace them with a footer that has the correct proprietary warning and page numbers that continue on from the document into which they're being inserted.

I have Acrobat X Pro.
