The backup services you commonly see advertised are aimed at individuals and very small groups of users. Most of them are limited either by capacity or transfer speed.

If you're looking for something to serve an entire company, you need to be looking at a data management operation such as Iron Mountain.

If you're talking about backing up department files and have an IT dept, you should talk to them to see if they're already using an offsite backup service. Then all you'd need to do is back up to your network server.
