And that's a trend that I, personally, hate, because I can't always figure
out what's going on with those apps. Worse, neither can my parents, but
they expect me to explain it to them!

I usually enjoy exploring the various buttons and menu options to figure
things out, but that's when I have time to just play around. I really,
REALLY hate having to hunt through every item and option to find out how to
do something or whether it's even *possible *to do it when it's, you know,
the thing I want to do *right now*.

Give me documentation of some sort, whether a manual or a really good help
system. I don't care how "intuitive" or "obvious" the designers think
something is. It isn't always so for everyone.
