Because embedded help is overlapping with other areas, I am curious as to
where you distinguish between embedded help and other areas such as UI
design, UX, or even training.
Also, I am interested to know if you consider some forms of embedded help
traditional or mainstream? What would be the first that come to mind when I
say embedded help?
Likewise, what would you consider new or alternative approaches?
