It's rare that software is translation ready if you're not currently
translating. The first question you should ask is whether or not the
strings are embedded in the code or in separate strings files?
If the label, tip, and error message text is embedded in the code, your
developers have work to do. All of that translatable text needs to be
pulled out into string files that are separate from the rest of the UI
code. At my last job, when I came on board the developers had already
been working for months to get the code ready for our first translation.
Your translation vendor should be able to help you with this if you've
already picked one.
