Working offsite full time is very challenging in these areas:
- staying focused
- keeping communications open
- consistent feedback
- lack of personal contact.
Of course those are the same challenges in an office, but more difficult to
solve.
I have found that there is one key contact on most successful projects. It
can be difficult to develop that specific relationship when offsite.
