Hi,

I recently wrote a user guide for Zoom's web conferencing tool. It has intuitive recording features. A basic account is free and provides you up to 40 minutes of meeting time before requiring payment.

Most of the videos will be 3 to 5 minutes and we want to record what we're doing onscreen as well as the voice instructions done at the same time. It would be important to edit the video (at least a little) after we shoot it. We expect to put the video on our internal server as opposed to posting to YouTube (though things change and this might be an option as well).
