In that context you're not describing a feature, you're identifying a
user interface element by its label.

Labels are properly capitalized because as the name of a field /
button / whatever they're proper nouns. However, when referring to an
on-screen label, as a general rule you should use the same
capitalization unless it looks weird or illiterate.

When using the same sequence of words to describe a feature, use the
normal rules for capitalization. "Email address" is not a proper noun.
