Wait--why call it lying? It's just Alternative Experience.

Seriously though, that is all kinds of bad. In no way should you do
that, and you should document your experience. I would be loath to
publicize it on a very-visible forum unless I were aware of more than
one instance of this--possibly it is an isolated occurrence or maybe a
single employee (not likely I know.)
