Conversion of PDF to word

Dear All,

I looked for tools to convert PDF files and a few JPEG files into an
editable word document but am unable to select the best one tool.

Any free/subscribed, conversion tools that you have used to do the same
will help me achieve my objective. Please help with HOW to go about it.

My final goal is to create a knowledgebase/help using Flare. I have written
these pages and scanned it to PDF. Now want to make a word document to feed
into Flare 7.2.
