Thank you everybody.

This was for personal use, but I knew you folks would have clues. It turns
out that now that we no longer have an actual physical fax at home the best
thing to do is to upload our files to the accountant's secure website. When
I asked my question here I knew she could send us things securely, but
didn't know I could upload securely to her.

I'm sure the information from people here will come in useful in a future
context.
