Re: Grammar: "Multiply by" or "Multiply times"?

In elementary school (is "elementary" vs. "grade" school a regionalism?) I 
learned my "times tables." So although I'd be unlikely to use the "times" 
construction, I could see it making perfect sense and being someone's first 
choice.
