Fences doesn't look terribly promising. However, there's something to be
said for giving people the space to learn from their own mistakes, provided
that it doesn't affect their ability to collaborate effectively. Who knows,
perhaps she has a particular way of working with Fences that makes her more
productive and others could learn from?
