That's presumably converting the clipboard contents from EMF or some
other proprietary Microsoft format to HTML.

FYI Paligo has Freshdesk integration. I haven't used it, but the
Zendesk integration allows me to do a lot of useful things that are
impossible with the crappy native editor, such as cross-referencing
between articles.
