I have used three tools so far where reusing content appears easy while
multiple team members work on the same project. Author-it, Flare, and
Confluence Wiki. But, from your email, it appears you will not have time to
go for a new tool right now.
Which doc tool are you using now?
Does other team member have access to that tool?
