It is troubleshot but it is still wrong because troubleshoot is informal and can be imprecise.

Normally, the past tense of "shoot" is "shot" as in "I shot the gun".
But while I'm reasonably certain that "troubleshooted" is wrong, "troubleshot" just doesn't seem correct either.
