I did that for 4 years at ADT Security. I was called a âTechnical Writerâ but was actually an IDD (Instructional Designer & Developer). I wrote user manuals for software training for call center agents and created interactive web based training (WBT) videos to go along with the manuals. Of course other stuff was involved, but thatâs the gist of it.

Let me know if you have questions because I have more info and can even help you find someone skilled in both jobs.
