I don't call them anything. There are places where I need to show the larger GUI in a picture, and I point to the thing with a callout that says "Expand the entry for more information". In prose (outside of a picture) I just say "Expand the entry". Digital natives don't need (or want?) a name for the thing. DSL people (digital as a second language) can ask a native. It's a brave new world.
