I feel your pain, John!! I used FM for decades and miss the stability of styles, TOC, etc.
Lin - thanks for the link. Maybe this will help me now that I'm in the icky MS Word world where numbering and bullets (well, everything!) go haywire when you least expect it (and usually during crunch time).

Hey John,
If you're creating styles for the numbered paragraphs, remember to ALSO create a list style. That's what controls the numbering and indents. (I think you can use SEQ fields also, but I've never gone that route.)
