In what universe doe this make sense.

Have a style called Numbered List (for numbers and a style for List
Paragraph (for bullets)

I assign the Numbered List style to the first numbered line and it's fine
except it gives it the number 4 (because the last list ended in 3).

I right click, select Restart at 1. By doing that, it changes the style
from Numbered List to List Paragraph.

What in god's name makes anyone think I want that to happen?
