Hi Mark,

Regarding the underlying tech used by Confluence for search, it's Lucene.

There is an elasticsearch connector for Confluence (see
https://www.bainsight.com/connectors/confluence-connector-elasticsearch/ ),
but I haven't been able to test it.

Re: the company's requirement that "the content creation experience is
expected to be uniform for everyone", I'm just stating corporate
requirements, not indicating whether or not I endorse them.
