I think that in the long run tools like this will be widely used. The AI is getting fairly good, and a lot of people are working on it. I'm guessing some mix of your personal human writing and AI will become reasonably mainstream, eventually. For better or worse.

It bores the h*ll out of me though, I don't even feel like trying it (I'd have to use Word, for one thing). If I were coding a tool that rewrote sentences though, I think I would be interested.

I suspect that much hilarity will ensue when in the hands of low-level
users who aren't even aware of it happening. I find it difficult to
imagine programmatically generated sentences to be any good.
