Hey John,

I know I am late on this thread, and it is not leveraging your touchscreen PC, but have a look at the Adobe Scan app. It uses your device's camera to scan documents, business cards, whiteboards, etc. It does OCR, and converts business cards directly to contacts (the original reason I installed it). It does require an Adobe account, but you are not required to save anything to the cloud to get it to work.

Hi Lin...I understand. However, I'm thinking of two situations...flow
charts and creating outlines. Even in-person meeting, I tend to sketch out
process flows and document outlines. I currently use 11X17 pads of paper,
then redraw at my desk...this would speed up things up for me.

Regardless, I'm still looking for an application.
