In this context, if you do use "The Bank," it's a proper noun, so^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
"The" is capitalized.
Though as I said this sounds like is a job for a lawyer, not a tech writer.
