I wouldn't list subheadings if everything is on the same page. I would
give my reader some credit here and assume they will realize that
everything about floater images is on page 44. Are you also making
entries such as "educational floater images"? Some of the subheadings
can be converted to main headings so that you will have other access
points for them.
