The post office follows up on customer comment cards, it just doesn't
read them. Seriously. A friend of mine recently sent one in, thanking
them for putting a postal scale where customers could use it, so they
wouldn't have to deal with rude or incompetent employees. He got back
a letter thanking him for complimenting the employees at that Post
Office for their good work. His response to that was a letter, pointing
out that they had completely missed the point, wondering why they asked
for comment cards if they didn't read them, and ending "Thank you for
your computer's time."
