Another article from the August 16th edition of U.S. News &
World Report. This one's the last, I promise!

naDev tlhIngan Hol jatlhlu'! Linguist
Glen Proechel has run foreign lan-
guage camps for more than a decade
but none like the Klingon Language
Camp that starts next week in Red
Lake Falls, Minn. Events include les-
sons in the "Star Trek"-inspired lan-
guage, Klingon softball and a Luther-
an-led church service in English and
Klingon. Local officials will even cede
the town to the Klingon empire for
the two-week camp. But, as Proechel
reports, not everyone is pleased. "One
older gentleman told me, 'God darn
it, these Klingons should learn Eng-
lish, too.'" (By the way, the words
above mean "Klingon spoken here!")
