Well, just to beat that horse into unconsciousness, I agree with Susan!
I believe that there are is no such thing as a dumb question.
If her technical writer friend gets the job and can't locate a
term, he/she can use the Internet to find the answer!
I mean, isn't that what it's for?  Sharing our wealth (or pittance)
of knowledge.  Susan, ask away without guilt - we get enough
of that from our relatives....
