Well, I can't speak for anyone else o'course, but we're looking at going
paperless not for our *customers* (although that may happen in time), but
for our field engineers and support staff -- we'd like them to have the
docs on their laptops so they don't have to carry lots of docs with 'em on
the plane and so they can search on-line for what they need.
By the way, I've been playing with Adobe's Acrobat Reader for the past
couple of days and I'm reasonably impressed. I'm working on a report now;
I'll post relevant sections when I finish.
