I *thought* I had posted an apology (almost) immediately after saying that
FrameBuilder produced SGML. I was mislead by a marketing presentation that a
collegue attended (she brought home the presentation slides, which I later
read).

So, sorry again for adding more misinformation to an already crowded world. I
stand corrected.
