I am ashamed to admit that I have quite a long list of names that I should
have followed up with by sending them copies of our survey and the results
of our workshop evaluation. I hope to send something out within the next
month. Based on the feedback we got at the workshop, we are planning to
conduct a revised workshop in Minnesota at the '94 conference (assuming it's
accepted, of course).
BTW, Chuck gives sound advice about the expectations of a quality program.
A commitment to quality is a long-term one; it could take years for a
company to see a return on its investment.
If you'd like the results and/or a copy of the materials, let me know. I'll
get it to you ASAP (but remember, quality takes time!).
