From the discussions here about ISO 9000 and TQM, am I way off in saying
TQM = ISO 9000
or
TQM (is approximately equal to) ISO 9000
It seems to me that TQM's goal is to improve quality and
develop standardization via procedures, and ISO 9000's goal is to
develop standardization and improve quality via procedures.
