Subject:Moving paper online From:"Line (L.C.) Bisson" <line -at- BNR -dot- CA> Date:Tue, 16 Nov 1993 14:44:00 +0000
Hi
I am working on a project that involves moving our paper documentation
(22,000 + documents written to formal standards) online. The first step
of the process will involve admin-like issues like scanning and
distribution, but I want to look at the issues surrounding the actual
conversion of a paper-based document to an online system (not as much as
what kind of software will be involved but more along the lines of
defining visual standards for online presentation).
If anyone has any references or recommendations to offer, they would be
greatly appreciated. If you want to send me electronic files, my e-mail
address is LINE -at- BNR -dot- CA (I have access to MS Word and FrameMaker or plain
ascii would be great).
Thank you in advance
