Speaking about page numbers changing when information is added (and that
it is easier when only one chapter's numbers are affected)...

Whenever a page number is changed, you have to be careful of internal
refereces (See page 5-8) being correct. Although software will often
update the TOC and index, internal references probably have to be
updated by the writer.

We've probably all seen manuals with this error.

If you have software that will update internal references or if you
know of a way to do this in Pagemaker 5.0/win (what I use), please
speak up.
