I'm under the impression that the ultimate responsibility for protect-
ing trademarks rests with the owner. As long as your text does not
infer that the item is a product of another company, then you should
be safe. As far as legal stuff, I don't know where to send you.
We used to put other people's trademarks on our copyright page; now
we only put our own.
