Are you sure you don't just want to rewrite the sentence? Because it's very
telegraphic, it's difficult to scan quickly. In other words, if you wrote:

Measure the voltage at the test point that is indicated on the computer screen.

the sentence would be easier to read quickly. But it might be more sensible to
expand it:

Measure the voltage at the test point. To find the test point, refer to the
illustration on the computer screen.

Or:

...The test point is indicated in green [or whatever] on the computer screen.
