In response to a question from Donna Ellis on usability classes:

Donna, are you planning to be in Denver within the next couple of weeks?
As it happens, I just got the newsletter from the STC Rocky Mountain
Chapter, and the next meeting (2/17, 6:30 - 9:00 pm, at Telectronics, 7400
S. Tucson Way, Englewood, CO) will have a speaker on the topic "What we
are learning from usability testing. The speaker, Tiffany Corgan, is the
lead project manager and specialist at Comtech, a company that has done
usability testing for Hewlett-Packard, US Robotics, Abbott Diagnostics,
and Intuit.

Comtech also teaches classes, and I'm pretty sure they offer a class on
usability. If you give them a call (303-232-7586), I'm sure they'll be
happy to send you a brochure on their course offerings.
