subscribe failed, please help...

Hi,

I tried subscribing to this list by mailing to:
         TECHWR-L-Request -at- VM1 -dot- ucc -dot- okstate -dot- edu
but that produced the error message listed below. Can somebody either
direct this to the list administrator, or mail me the correct subsciption
procedure?
