Doc and Training from a single source

Chuck banks notes:
"Training and documentation are symbiotes, usually, but who develops them
depends on time and budget constraints. Time often overrides budget,
calling for separate teams working at the same time."

The two also use different skills. Developing a curriculum to be used in a
classrom IS different than developing a user guide, or even a tutorial
(which is usually self-directed) -- I've done both. Also, just because you
can write well does not mean you can teach in person. Patience with a
parrot user who is on the other end of the book (and often of the country),
and patience with a parrot user who is on the other end of your arm are two
different things, IMHO anyway.
