Courier isn't such a terrible font, even for letters. Because the stroke
widths are even, it prints well (enough) at any resolution. It also has
the ability to survive multiple faxings, as often happens to resumes.

Also note that more and more resumes are getting e-mailed. If you've done
yours to look good only on paper, here on the information tollway, it don't
look so very good. Monospaced fonts still work best for us 80 column by
24 row people.....
