Look at the Novell model: They have an entire manual dedicated to
installation. This "installation guide" or "installation manual" prepares
the reader/installer/user for what is a hefty task. He/she/se/it/them
will understand what they're getting into. When a person is faced with an
8-hour installation procedure along with 2 hours of preparation, the last
thing they will worry about is Step 4,875f. They could always hire a
consultant. *hee*

I suppose the exception is that it isn't for installation, but for
operation. Then you hope they were trained before they attempt anything.
