[I tried to send this to Ken directly, but got an unknown host error! But I
figure it's worth throwing out to the list anyway to see if any of you have
a workaround for Heli & me.]
Ken, I tried your suggestion & get absolutely no further information. All
my messages appear as though they were sent by the list itself (see below).
I'm using Microsoft Mail (!) on a PC. Rumor has it that the problem is
something MSMail does when it gets the message from the gateway. This
restriction has been discussed repeatedly on virtually every list I'm on &
it's something we all need to be aware of, since it's not exactly an obscure
package. And many lists don't support the DUALhdr command. The simplest
solution unfortunately relies on the benevolence of all users to include
their addresses in their sig files, as Ken did (even though I couldn't get
it to work--may be wacky old MSMail again!).

Wow, do you _pay_ for software like that? If so, what's it called? I want
to put it on my list of products to Avoid.

For anyone in the same pickle as Sally, try saving the message
to a file. I would hope that the relay messages showed up there.
(This assumes that your mail software has a button or command
that saves messages to a file.)
