What kind of incentive should readers be given to respond? Why

a postage-paid reply card, but I certainly don't expect a
drink holder with a company name on it, nor do I want one.

And unfortunately, I don't have any brilliant ideas on how to
get readers to send the questionnaires in, so don't ask me to
post my bright ideas. I would if I had some. I'll ponder this
over the weekend and get back to you.

Shelly's right, if a response card is postage paid I will
usually respond, and if an email address is given, I usually
give feedback -- good and bad.
