Thanks for all the input on facing pages. The majority opinion is that the
text should be on the more prominent right-hand page, describing the
illustration that appears on the left page.

UNLESS:
The drawing is very clear and requires little or no supporting text,
The book is written in Hebrew, and therefore bound on the right,
You are a graphic artist and feel the illustration is more important than
the text.

One writer also expressed a preference for bleeds and overlaps, i.e., a less
structured approach.
